This Privacy Policy explains how "My First Half" ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares your personal data. We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, PDPO) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Family data: Email of co-editors you invite

3. AI 處理與資料保護
3. AI Processing and Data Protection
當你使用 AI 功能（語音轉文字、章節生成、命理分析）時，相關資料會傳送至我們的合作 AI 服務商（火山引擎、DeepSeek、月之暗面）進行處理。我們與每家服務商簽訂了資料處理協議（DPA），確保他們僅按我們指示處理資料、不保留你的內容、不用於訓練他們的模型。
When you use AI features (speech-to-text, chapter generation, fortune analysis), your data is sent to our AI service providers (Volcengine, DeepSeek, Moonshot) for processing. We have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with each provider, ensuring they process data only per our instructions, do not retain your content, and do not use it to train their models.

你的資料主要儲存在新加坡（騰訊雲）和香港（Cloudflare 邊緣節點）。如需傳輸至其他地區（如 AI 處理需要），我們會確保接收方提供同等保護。
Your data is primarily stored in Singapore (Tencent Cloud) and Hong Kong (Cloudflare edge). When transfer to other regions is needed (e.g., AI processing), we ensure recipients provide equivalent protection.

7. 兒童與長者保護

本服務不直接面向 16 歲以下兒童。如你為他人（特別是長者）建立帳戶或錄音，請確保你已取得合法授權。我們鼓勵家庭共編模式，但所有操作仍以帳戶持有人為責任主體。
This service is not directly aimed at children under 16. If you create accounts or record for others (especially elders), ensure you have proper authorization. We encourage family co-editing, but all actions remain the account holder's responsibility.
