1. 帳戶註冊

1. Account Registration

• 你必須年滿 16 歲（或你所在地區的數字同意年齡）
• 提供真實、準確、完整的註冊資料
• 保護你的密碼和登入憑證
• 對你帳戶下發生的所有活動負責
• 如發現未授權使用，立即通知我們

• You must be at least 16 years old (or digital consent age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide truthful, accurate, complete registration information
• Protect your password and login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

我們提供 L0（免費）、L1（HK$48/月）、L2（HK$98/月）、L3（HK$198/月）、L4（HK$498/月）5 個計劃。詳見定價頁。

We offer 5 plans: L0 (free), L1 (HK$48/mo), L2 (HK$98/mo), L3 (HK$198/mo), L4 (HK$498/mo). See Pricing.

2.2 自動續費

2.2 Auto-Renewal

付費計劃預設自動續費。你可隨時在「設定 → 訂閱」中關閉自動續費。關閉後，當期結束後不會自動續費。

Paid plans auto-renew by default. You can disable auto-renewal anytime at "Settings → Subscription". After disabling, no renewal will occur at period end.

7 天無條件退款：首次訂閱 7 天內可全額退款。
按比例退款：使用未滿 30 天可按比例退款。
不可退款：實體書印刷費用（已開始印刷）。

7-day no-questions refund: Full refund within 7 days of initial subscription.
Pro-rata refund: Pro-rata refund for usage under 30 days.
Non-refundable: Physical book printing (once production starts).

3. 可接受使用

你同意不會：

You agree not to:

• 上傳侵犯他人版權、私隱、或其他權利的內容
• 上傳違法、歧視、仇恨、暴力、色情內容
• 嘗試入侵、干擾、破壞我們的服務或基礎設施
• 使用自動化工具大量下載或抓取內容
• 冒充他人或虛假陳述與他人的關係
• 從事任何非法或欺詐活動

• Upload content infringing others' copyright, privacy, or other rights
• Upload illegal, discriminatory, hateful, violent, or pornographic content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our services or infrastructure
• Use automation to bulk download or scrape content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity

4. 內容擁有權

4. Content Ownership

你的內容：你保留所有上傳內容（錄音、照片、文字）的版權。我們僅在提供服務所需的範圍內使用。

Your content: You retain copyright to all uploaded content (recordings, photos, text). We use it only as necessary to provide the service.

分享的內容：當你將自傳設為「公開」（發佈到發現廣場），你授予全球用戶閱讀、致敬、留言的非商業權利。

Shared content: When you set your memoir to "public" (publish to Discovery Feed), you grant all users worldwide non-commercial rights to read, salute, and comment.

AI 生成的內容：AI 生成的章節、摘要、命理分析，版權歸你所有。我們保留使用匿名化資料改進 AI 模型的權利。

AI-generated content: Copyright of AI-generated chapters, summaries, fortune analysis belongs to you. We reserve the right to use anonymized data to improve AI models.

5. 服務變更與終止

5. Service Changes and Termination

我們的權利：我們可能隨時修改、暫停、終止服務。重大變更會提前 30 天通知。

Our rights: We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

你的權利：你可隨時在「設定 → 帳戶 → 刪除帳戶」中刪除帳戶。刪除後 30 天內可恢復，30 天後永久刪除。

Your rights: You may delete your account anytime at "Settings → Account → Delete Account". Recoverable for 30 days after deletion, permanently deleted thereafter.

本服務按「現狀」提供。我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤、絕對安全。AI 生成的內容（轉錄、章節、命理）僅供參考，不構成專業建議（醫療、法律、財務）。

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure service. AI-generated content (transcripts, chapters, fortune readings) is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial).

7. 責任限制

7. Limitation of Liability

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對你的損失（包括但不限於利潤、資料、商譽損失）承擔的責任不超過你過去 12 個月支付給我們的服務費用總額。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for your losses (including but not limited to profit, data, goodwill) shall not exceed the total service fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. 適用法律與爭議解決

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

本條款受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄。爭議首先通過友好協商解決；協商不成的，提交香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）仲裁。

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) for arbitration.
